Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant – The Role

• Supporting children within a brand‑new Nursery provision
• Delivering engaging, play‑based learning aligned with EYFS
• Supporting communication, language and social development
• Creating a nurturing, safe and stimulating learning environment
• Working collaboratively with teachers, practitioners and leadership
• Supporting routines, behaviour and pupil wellbeing
