We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed and reflective Teacher to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will carry out the professional duties of a teacher in accordance with the Teachers’ Standards and School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document, delivering engaging and personalised learning experiences that enable every pupil to thrive and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
Teaching and Learning
- Plan, prepare and deliver high‑quality teaching which enables all pupils to make excellent progress.
- Create a safe, stimulating and engaging learning environment.
- Lead and manage an effective classroom team.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and multi‑disciplinary professionals to develop and deliver personalised learning programmes.
- Prepare learning materials and resources tailored to individual pupil needs.
- Contribute to the delivery of the School Development Plan and wider school priorities.
- Assess, monitor and record pupil progress in line with school policies.
- Write annual reviews, reports and other professional documentation to a high standard.
- Contribute to curriculum development and effective resource management.
- Support colleagues in developing and sharing effective teaching practice.
Subject Leadership (where applicable)
- Lead a curriculum or subject area across the campus.
- Support curriculum planning, resource management and budget monitoring.
- Contribute to staff development and the sharing of specialist expertise.
Safeguarding
- Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people at all times.
- Follow all safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Attend and participate in mandatory safeguarding training.
Leadership and Team Working
- Effectively manage support staff and adults working within the classroom.
- Work positively and collaboratively within a wider inter‑disciplinary team.
- Engage actively in professional development and training opportunities.
