Role Overview

Food and Beverage team member at Holiday Inn Cardiff City Centre will help set up the restaurant and bar for service, maintain high presentation standards, and serve as a friendly, familiar face for our guests. You will take food and drink orders, recommend products with confidence, and use natural upselling to enhance each guest’s experience while contributing to a vibrant team that values excellent service and memorable moments.
