A background in IT, along with knowledge of outstanding customer service and latest technology trends, is essential to thrive in this position.
Responsibilities
- Have an excellent working knowledge of MS Office 365
- Windows 10/11 application support
- Experience of providing IT Support using remote desktop applications
- Eager to provide a hands on approach when required
- Demonstrate a clear passion for technology
Qualifications
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Desire for excellence and eagerness to learn
