What You’ll Be Doing
- Building relationships with candidates and clients
- Identifying and engaging talented professionals
- Managing recruitment processes from start to finish
- Learning sales, negotiation and business development skills
- Developing your own market and client portfolio
- Working towards targets and earning uncapped commission
