The role
- Under the direction of the Head Chef, you will be responsible for running your own section in our busy kitchens – food preparation, service and ordering.
- Minimum two years’ experience as a Chef de Partie, or five years’ experience as a Commis Chef in a larger kitchen.
- Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate required.
- Sociable hours – daytime working only.
- 40 hours per week.
- Two fixed days off during the week.
- 28 days holiday per annum.
