Position Overview
We are looking for a Delivery Driver, referred to as Customer Resolution Delivery Co‑Worker, to bring the IKEA experience straight to customers’ doors and ensure timely, safe, and friendly deliveries.

- Shifts between 7:30 AM and 10 PM, including 2 weekends in every 4

Qualifications
- At least 19 years old with a valid Category B driver’s licence held for ≥24 months
- Strong forward‑planning and multitask skills
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
- Computer literate and able to work with technology
Responsibilities
- Prompt and careful handling of stock to ensure quality deliveries to customers and store branches, following prescribed workflows and routines.
- Visit customers’ homes to resolve complaints and deliver or replace missing stock.
- Inspect and maintain assigned vehicle before and after deliveries, reporting any issues and charging after use. Comply with all IKEA health, safety and security rules.
- Communicate professionally with customers, co‑workers and service partners, handling complaints and claims efficiently and with diplomacy.
