Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Eastbourne (must drive and have a car) – £25,000 – £27,500 + commission

My client is a lively and ambitious education recruitment agency supporting schools across Sussex. They’re not a traditional firm – collaboration, energy and personality sit at the heart of everything they do.

They’re now looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join the team. This is an opportunity to learn the ropes, build relationships, and develop a successful desk with full support from an experienced team.

The Role

• Build relationships with schools and education professionals
• Support with filling temporary and long-term bookings
• Learn to manage your own desk (patch) over time
• Deliver a high level of service in a fast‑paced environment

What They’re Looking For

• Sales, customer‑facing or education experience (attitude is key)
• Confident communication skills and strong phone manner
• Resilient, proactive and eager to learn
• Able to multitask and work at pace
• Positive, team‑focused mindset

Requirements

• Must be based locally in Eastbourne
• Must be able to drive
