Salary: £34,359 – £42,759 plus Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime

Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Carpenter & Plumber skilled in other trades to join our team. Someone who can deliver a first‑class service to our properties covering Wisbech and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works will be carried out efficiently and completed within required deadlines.
Requirements
- Existing experience as a Carpenter and Plumber with skills in other trades.
- Ability to provide good customer care.
- Must hold a valid UK driving licence; a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK; residency in England or Wales required.
- This post is subject to a Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
