Chef – Avanti – London

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook homemade pizza and other Spanish/Italian dishes.
• Manage the small kitchen during weekdays, ensuring smooth operation.
• Assist the kitchen porter on weekends, coordinating prep and service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a chef, preferably in Italian/Spanish cuisine.
• English – Advanced proficiency.
• Residence within 30 minutes of W3 required.

Working Hours

• Evening shift weekdays: 4/5 pm – 10 pm, with a break in the middle.
• Weekend shift: 11 am – 10 pm, with a break in the middle.

Compensation

• Salary depends on experience and is paid monthly to a bank account.
• Cash bonus paid weekly during busy periods.
