Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook homemade pizza and other Spanish/Italian dishes.
- Manage the small kitchen during weekdays, ensuring smooth operation.
- Assist the kitchen porter on weekends, coordinating prep and service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a chef, preferably in Italian/Spanish cuisine.
- English – Advanced proficiency.
- Residence within 30 minutes of W3 required.
Working Hours
- Evening shift weekdays: 4/5 pm – 10 pm, with a break in the middle.
- Weekend shift: 11 am – 10 pm, with a break in the middle.
Compensation
- Salary depends on experience and is paid monthly to a bank account.
- Cash bonus paid weekly during busy periods.
