Job Description

As Sales Lead, you will drive new business growth for a market‑leading bespoke cardboard packaging manufacturer. Leveraging senior leadership support and warm introductions, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You’ll partner with brands to deliver innovative packaging solutions, ranging from folding cartons to retail‑ready displays.

What You Will Do

• Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of clients across the FMCG, retail, and health & wellness sectors through expert relationship building.

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience specifically within the packaging supply chain, including corrugated, folding cartons, or labels.
• Proven track record as a closer who can navigate complex sales cycles with both ambitious startups and blue‑chip retail suppliers.
• Based in or willing to commute to the West Midlands, with a high work ethic and comfort using modern sales technology.
