MyClient is aSteelwork Design & Detailing Consultancy that is experiencing continuousgrowth and development due to a customer supportive approach to themarket.With currentworkload and an ever expanding development of Clients they are in a strong position to further add to their current team.
Specialising indesign & detailing of pre-panelised Light Gauge Steel Structures, alongsidea variety of other primary & secondary steelwork projects including SFSInfill, Modular frames, Traditional hot rolled structures, Portal frames,Platforms/Walkways, Ramps, Canopies, Stairs, Balustrade, Balconies etc.
Tekla Detailer requirements:
- Ideally qualified toBTEC or HNC level in a relevant subject
- Previous experience working as a steelwork detailer, ideally within the light gauge cold rolled sector
- Can confidently use Tekla and AutoCAD to produce a range of technical drawings and full design drawing packages for projects; from inception to completion
- Proficient in managing contract information & keeping to deadlines
As a valuedteam player you will bewilling to learn from and positively contributeto a team with a wealth of experience andknowledge.Your role would include:
- Utilising Tekla to detail a variety of SFS projects
- Coordinating and managing projects
- Attending project DTMs (mainly via teams)
- Liaising with external Consultants and Clients
- Creating & controlling project RFIsUtilising design team IFCs & AutoCAD DWGs to progress contracts
- Production of set out GA & Install drawings within Tekla
- Produce material call of lists etc.
