Dental Sales / Treatment Co‑ordinator – Barnet – Full‑time
We are seeking an experienced Dental Sales / Treatment Co‑ordinator to join our Barnet practice – a commercially driven, patient‑focused professional who excels at guiding patients through their treatment journey and converting enquiries into accepted care.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for new patient enquiries via phone, email, web, and walk‑ins.
- Engage with patients to understand their needs, introduce treatment options, and build trust.
- Conduct face‑to‑face and virtual consultations, clearly explaining treatment plans, fees, and finance options.
- Proactively follow up on enquiries, treatment plans, and outstanding cases to maximise conversion.
- Support patients throughout their treatment journey, ensuring continuity and satisfaction.
- Work closely with clinicians to translate clinical recommendations into personalised patient pathways.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and practice growth strategies.
- Provide front‑of‑house and customer support when required.
Essential Qualifications
- Experience in a high‑end sales or customer‑focused role.
- Proven track record of treatment conversion, sales performance and new business development.
- Experienced and comfortable working to KPIs and target‑driven metrics.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with confidence, discussing treatment options and fees.
- Exceptional communication skills with a polished, professional manner.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- IT‑confident, with experience using practice management or CRM systems.
- Positive, motivated, and commercially driven mindset.

- Experience within the premium private health care sector and dental in particular.
