We are seeking calm, resourceful individuals who are highly motivated, hardworking and keen to support older people living in Harrow, in a proactive and holistic manner.
Responsibilities
- Support individuals to maintain a healthy state of wellbeing, mentally, physically and emotionally.
- Provide personal care, domestic tasks and assistance with accessing work, education and social opportunities.
- Engage in positive communication and show unconditional positive regard for all service users.
- Empower individuals to be happy, healthy, and successful in achieving their life goals.
- Work on a roster basis, including evenings.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience in a similar role.
- Relevant professional qualification is desirable.
- Warmth and person-centred approach are essential.
