We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / Machine Operator to join a busy and growing team based in Uckfield.

This is a varied role combining warehouse duties, forklift driving, and machine operation, ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work in a fast‑paced environment.

Permanent position available after 12 weeks.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating forklifts (counterbalance/reach as required)
• Loading and unloading deliveries safely
• Picking and packing orders
• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Assisting with machine set‑up and basic maintenance
• Carrying out quality checks on products
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

Requirements

• Previous warehouse and/or manufacturing experience
• Valid forklift licence preferred (for FLT duties)
• Reliable, hardworking, and flexible attitude
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn machine operation
