About the Role
Tommy Hilfiger is a global lifestyle brand. This role involves working as part of the store team in a luxury retail environment where you share a passion for our brand and values with customers and colleagues. You will inspire your team to generate sales & profit, minimize losses, and create the best possible customer experience while ensuring the store is visually distinctive & impeccably maintained.
Responsibilities
- Be able to demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and possess successful link‑selling skills to drive business.
- Hold the ability to outfit build for customers; be able to make further product recommendations and drive our store KPI’s.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure regular clientele.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador and maintain a keen interest in current fashion and market trends.
- Ensure shop and stockroom maintenance, presentation and organization issues are addressed appropriately.
- Show flexibility and innovation when reacting to changing business environment, especially around peak trade.
About You
- Have previous experience within hospitality/retail.
- Be hardworking with great communication skills.
- Have an interest in Fashion/Retail.
- Be able to work in a fast‑paced environment with the ability to multi‑task in high‑pressure situations.
- Be passionate about driving sales using our digital platforms.
