About the Role: The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our mission is to continually champion and optimize TikTok LIVE by empowering creators and agencies to build a creative, engaging, and safe space for all users. We are seeking an enthusiastic Greek-speaking Agency Operations Manager — the first role of its kind to launch and establish the TikTok LIVE ecosystem in the Greek-speaking market. You will play a pioneering role in defining the market entry strategy, developing partnerships with live-streaming agencies, and scaling the creator ecosystem from the ground up. This is a high-impact role that requires operational excellence, strong stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of the influencer and live-streaming landscape. You will be instrumental in shaping TikTok LIVE’s operations model and driving its long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Lead the launch of TikTok LIVE agency operations in the greek-speaking market, establishing foundational processes and partnerships.
- Identify, recruit, and manage collaborations with agencies, MCNs, and organizations that represent or work with live-streaming creators.
- Manage and develop long-term relationships with agencies to drive creator acquisition, retention, and performance.
- Build and implement operational frameworks, policies, and educational materials for agencies in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Provide strategic and operational guidance to agencies on creator training, content quality, and performance optimization.
- Oversee data-driven performance reviews, ensuring agency targets and platform standards are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, data, policy, and operations) to ensure smooth coordination and alignment across all market activities.
- Analyze key metrics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for ecosystem improvement.
- Act as the subject-matter expert for the Greek-speaking LIVE agency ecosystem, offering insights and recommendations for regional growth.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in account management, sales, or revenue-focused roles.
- High Fluency in Greek and English written and spoken, to effectively manage Greek-speaking agencies and creators.
- Proven experience working with influencers, agencies, or within the live-streaming or entertainment ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational processes and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferably with a strong focus on campaign planning and strategic operations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and experience launching or scaling new markets or operational frameworks.
- Familiarity with TikTok LIVE or other creator monetization platforms.
