Responsibilities
- Business develop in the West Midlands for Service and Parts contracts on new vehicle sales, trailer and truck renewals.
- Hold regular development and review meetings with key customer accounts.
- Agree KPI’s and targets with the Regional Parts Manager.
- Identify new business opportunities for both Service and Parts operations, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving the growth of the organisation.
- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing customers and manage and improve customer care standards in collaboration with departmental heads.
- Identify and develop new business both with “Franchised” and “All Makes” product customers.
- Travel to cover the surrounding dealership service areas in the West Midlands, based in Tipton.
Qualifications
- Appropriate experience in a commercial vehicles sales environment including knowledge of the UK Truck market.
- Evidence of sales negotiation skills.
- Numerical awareness.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages and IT savvy to pick up in house systems.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Paying £35,000 up to £37,000 (DOE), plus commission, company car and full range of benefits.
