Your Responsibilities
- HR and Recruitment Support: Assist HR and Recruitment functions with day-to-day operations, managing all administrative processes.
- Probation: Oversee the probationary process, providing support to managers and escalating issues to HR Officers as appropriate.
- Query Handling: Address HR-related queries effectively and efficiently.
- Leaver Process Management: Handle the leaver process, including processing documentation, conducting exit interviews, and liaising with ICT for asset returns.
- Contractual Changes: Manage the process of contractual changes, ensuring timely notification to Payroll and documentation processing.
- System Maintenance: Keep iTrent and Documotive up to date and GDPR compliant, resolving queries as required.
- HR Team Support: Support the HR Team with minute-taking, arranging meetings, research, and preparing and formatting documents.

- Confidentiality & Data Protection: Knowledge of data protection and maintaining confidentiality.
- HR Experience: Experience in an HR role within a people-focused organisation is preferred but not essential.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers.

- Administrative Excellence: Exceptional administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- IT Proficiency: Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
