Luxury Sales Specialist

Our client a leading luxury travel company is searching for a Luxury Sales Specialist to join their travel Sales Team and help clients discover their perfect luxury villa getaway.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to new leads and enquiries, meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Deliver outstanding client service throughout the booking process
  • Tailor recommendations to each client’s needs and preferences
  • Build lasting relationships with new and returning clients
  • Maintain strong knowledge of villa portfolios and European destinations
  • Provide accurate details on properties, pricing, and availability
  • Keep client and booking information up to date and accurate
  • Continuously expand your understanding of our services and guest experiences

About You:

  • Passionate about travel and curious about Mediterranean destinations
  • Previous sales experience, ideally in travel or luxury sectors
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Customer-focused, organised, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds
  • The ability to speak another European language (ideally, Italian, French or Spanish) would be advantageous
