Role Description
We have vacancies available for both Experienced Care Worker and New-to Care at Springcare Recruitment located in London & Surrey. The role involves providing home based personalized care services to clients, assisting with daily activities, monitoring and reporting on their health and well-being, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for them to live and thrive
Qualifications
- Caregiving, Personal Care, and Health Monitoring skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in working with elderly or vulnerable individuals
- Ability to work in a team and follow care plans
- Empathy, compassion, and patience
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Certificates in relevant subjects of practice
- NVQ L2/L3
- Car driver an advantage. You will need a car to do this work.
No Experience?
No problems at all. We provide full training to get you ready to deliver a professional homebased care
service.
Work Timings
We are open to different work timings i.e. full time/ part time/ term time, etc to meet individual and family needs. However, we expect commitment to work and respect for our work processes.
