About the Role
Lincoln House Surgery is looking to welcome a Salaried GP to our established and supportive team. This role is designed with sustainability in mind – combining a manageable workload, a collaborative culture, and the flexibility modern general practice needs.
There is flexibility of 4 or 6 sessions. We offer competitive sessional rates, enhanced annual leave, and study leave (1 week pro rata), alongside a genuinely supportive working environment.

About the Candidate
All applicants should have the following qualifications:
- Applicants MUST have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship or support visa applications for this role.
- Fully qualified GP with GMC registration
- On the NHSE Medical Performers List
- Committed to delivering high standards of patient care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoys working as part of a supportive team

We merged with Highfield Surgery in 2024, now operating as our branch site. Both sites work within a well‑established total triage model, fully embedded into our daily practice and supporting safe, efficient access for patients.
