At Mother’s Earth, we’re building a new standard for home care — safe, effective products that protect what matters most. Recognised as the fastest-growing e-commerce company in the Netherlands, we operate across DTC, retail, and marketplaces, with a supply chain that needs to match our ambition. We’re looking for a Head of Supply to lead that next chapter.
What you’ll do:
Own supply performance end-to-end: forecast accuracy, availability, inventory, OTIF, fulfillment, and cost-to-serve
Drive supply strategy & scale: design a resilient, flexible operating model across suppliers, logistics, and channels (DTC, retail, marketplaces)
Lead and build the team: create a high-performing, accountable supply organization
Run S&OP and planning: align demand, supply, and financial goals across teams
Manage suppliers & costs: ensure strong performance on quality, lead times, and margins
Oversee logistics & fulfillment: deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience
Leverage data & systems: build KPI-driven processes, reporting, and automation
Lead key projects: from network optimization to cost and lead time improvements
What we’re looking for:
Experience
Scaling supply chains in €50M–€100M+ businesses
Background in consumer goods, e-commerce, or omnichannel
Capabilities
Strong strategic and financial mindset (COGS, cash, margins)
Highly structured, KPI-driven, and execution-focused
Proven leader of teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Mindset
Thinks long-term and builds for scale
Calm, decisive, and accountable in complex environments
Motivated by purpose and impact
Why join us?
This is a rare opportunity to lead a supply chain that can support a purpose-driven brand through its next phase of accelerated growth. You’ll have direct influence on cost, availability, cash flow, and customer experience. Working closely with founders and senior leadership, you will shape the team, systems, and operating model that underpin our growth, while contributing directly to a mission that protects what matters most for families, the planet, and future generations.
