Director, Partner Development – EMEA
Location: London (working across Europe and Middle East)
About the Role
Direct owner of our success in the region, this Player‑Coach role involves leading strategic partner relationships while elevating a small, talented team of Partner Development Specialists.

Team Elevation (The Coach)
- Guide the EMEA Partner Development Specialists to perform at a high level.
- Identify and resolve process bugs, working with global builders to accelerate execution.
- Spend time in the field to recruit, enable partners, and transfer high‑judgment skills to the team.
- Act as the voice of the EMEA market to global partnerships and alliances strategy teams.
The Individual We Are Looking For
- Self‑Directed Owners who identify gaps and close them independently.
- Builders at heart who fix systems rather than apply temporary workarounds.
- High Talent Density – an elite individual contributor who brings others along.
- Technical Credibility – comfortable navigating technical conversations, understanding both the “how” and the “why”.
- Extensive experience in cloud, security, or edge computing partnerships across EMEA, with a proven record of managing teams and closing large‑scale deals.
