Job Description:

Own global specialty revenue across conventions, live events, and ecommerce. Lead go-to-market for conventions, pop-ups, activations, and marketplace merchandising. Develop merchandise and assortment strategies for events and marketplaces. Manage commercial relationships with fulfillment partners, event organizers, venues, and marketplaces. Partner with Product Development and Creative to plan global product needs. Build sales forecasts, KPIs, and reporting with BI and Finance.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of commercial sales in consumer products, retail, events, or ecommerce.
  • Experience overseeing revenue, margins, and multi-channel strategies (physical/digital).
  • Experience with event merchandising and ecommerce/marketplace dynamics (assortment, pricing, promos).
  • Experience scaling specialty channels (conventions, pop-ups, marketplaces) to revenue targets.
  • Commercial deal‑making and financial analysis using forecasts and data.
  • Leading distributed teams in large matrix organizations with cross‑functional collaboration.
