Head of Marketing

Here at Ignite, we’re absolutely buzzing to be working with a Hospitality client in the wellness and fitness space who are looking for their first ever Head of Marketing. The business has a unique and refreshing approach to what they do, they are genuinely redefining the industry.

They’re looking to hire a Head of Marketing to define and deliver the Marketing strategy. This is a VERY hands‑on role, while you will have agency support, you will only have one team member to support you and therefore will need to be willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

• At least 6 years Marketing experience within a Hospitality environment, ideally a brand that has multi‑sites.
• Strong experience across the full marketing mix, online and offline is extremely important.
• Experience working with marketing agencies and freelancers is important.
• Comfortable operating as a 1‑person marketing team to begin with, without a team underneath you.
