Requirements:
- Experience managing a Lettings team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a highly transactional market

- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven attitude
This business will offer you security from the minute you walk in the door. They are willing to put down a guarantee period lasting 6-12 months with a Basic Salary and Commission structure that’s above market average after that.
