Associate Director

As an Audit Associate Director, you will play a key leadership role within the audit team, overseeing a portfolio of clients while supporting Directors and Partners in managing relationships, delivery and growth. You will act as a bridge between Senior Managers and Directors, with increasing exposure to commercial decision-making and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support oversight of a client portfolio alongside Directors.
• Manage complex audit engagements and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Review work and resolve technical issues.

Client Management

• Build strong relationships with key clients.
• Act as escalation point for client issues.
• Support Directors with client retention and satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor Managers and Senior staff.
• Drive team performance and development.
• Assist with recruitment and resource planning.

Commercial & Growth

• Support fee management and profitability.
• Identify opportunities for additional services.
• Assist with proposals and business development.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong audit background within practice.
• Experience managing large or complex engagements.
