As an Audit Associate Director, you will play a key leadership role within the audit team, overseeing a portfolio of clients while supporting Directors and Partners in managing relationships, delivery and growth. You will act as a bridge between Senior Managers and Directors, with increasing exposure to commercial decision-making and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support oversight of a client portfolio alongside Directors.
- Manage complex audit engagements and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Review work and resolve technical issues.
Client Management
- Build strong relationships with key clients.
- Act as escalation point for client issues.
- Support Directors with client retention and satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor Managers and Senior staff.
- Drive team performance and development.
- Assist with recruitment and resource planning.
Commercial & Growth
- Support fee management and profitability.
- Identify opportunities for additional services.
- Assist with proposals and business development.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong audit background within practice.
- Experience managing large or complex engagements.
