About the role

We’re looking for an exceptional Head of PMO, EMEA to lead and elevate our project delivery capability across the region. This high‑impact leadership role will shape how our portfolio is governed, prioritised, and delivered – driving consistency, efficiency, and strategic alignment across multiple countries.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and evolve the EMEA PMO function, embedding best‑in‑class governance, frameworks, and delivery standards
  • Own the regional project portfolio, aligning priorities with corporate strategy and driving annual planning processes
  • Oversee end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within scope and budget
  • Drive resourcing, capacity planning and prioritisation using tools including Smartsheet PPM
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across product, technology and business teams to manage risk and maximise value
  • Build, coach and inspire a collaborative, high‑performing PMO and delivery team
  • Act as a key member of the EMEA CTO leadership team, influencing strategy and execution across the region

About you

You’re a strategic and hands‑on PMO leader with a proven track record of delivering complex change in global, matrixed organisations. You thrive in high‑growth environments and bring a balance of structure, innovation and people leadership.

You will bring:

  • Extensive leadership experience (10+ years) in programme delivery, transformation or portfolio management, with at least 5 years leading PMO functions
  • A strong background in managing complex, multi‑country portfolios aligned to strategic business goals
  • Demonstrated experience building and leading high‑performing teams, with a coaching mindset and a passion for developing others
  • Deep knowledge of project and portfolio management methodologies, tools and best practices
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills, including executive‑level engagement, negotiation and influencing
  • A highly analytical, solutions‑focused mindset, with a drive for continuous improvement
  • Experience working in global, matrixed environments, with the ability to collaborate effectively across regions and time zones

You’re also:

  • A confident communicator who can simplify complexity and build strong relationships
  • Results‑driven, resilient and comfortable operating under pressure
  • Passionate about collaboration, innovation and making a tangible impact every day

Relevant certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, SAFe or equivalent are highly desirable.

What’s in it for you

  • Exclusive Travel Discounts – access to industry rates and discounts through our in‑house travel team
  • Career Development – clear pathways and resources across more than 30 brands in over 20 countries, including training and support
  • Vibrant Culture & Social Events – monthly awards nights, global conferences, annual balls and more
  • Active Hour – an hour each week dedicated to fitness or personal wellness
  • Comprehensive Health Cash Plan – reimbursement for medical services including dental, optical and chiropractic care
  • Health & Wellbeing Challenges – monthly challenges to keep motivation high
  • Financial Wellbeing Support – expert financial services, mortgage advice and money coaching
  • And Much More – company‑matched charitable donations, a pension scheme, share options, an electric vehicle scheme and a variety of salary sacrifice benefits
