Director of Strategy, Growth & Partnerships (Charity)

Carer Support Wiltshire is looking for an experienced Director to lead a multi-award-winning charity in its next phase of growth. The successful candidate will develop and deliver strategic plans, oversee fundraising initiatives, and manage financial operations.

This full-time position requires at least 4 days per week in the office and regular travel to prison sites. The ideal candidate will possess substantial leadership experience in the charity or social impact sector and a strong commitment to social justice through creativity and peer-led support.
