Mobile Fabric Engineer

At Mitie, our purpose is driven by a belief that better places lead to thriving communities. We are looking for a Mobile Fabric Engineer to provide mobile delivery of facilities support services across our client sites covering LN & PE postcodes.

Responsibilities

• Undertake all building fabric activities, such as patch repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting and decorating.
• Ensure working to high levels of health and safety and statutory requirements.
• Answer queries, report defects and keep the client informed of site activities during service visits.

Qualifications

• Full, current driving licence.
• Background in facilities or mobile maintenance in a construction or similar environment.
• Qualified to Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds.
