About the role
We’re hiring a Service Ops Project Manager on a 6-12 month contract to be the operational engine behind this org. This is an internal ops role. You’ll inherit an active set of workflows and coordination responsibilities, and your job is to keep things running smoothly, surface friction, and ensure timely and successful delivery on our ProServ priorities.
Experience with PSA tooling is mandatory
What you’ll do
- Manage and track internal PS operations projects from initiation through completion, keeping plans, status reporting, and milestones current across the team
- Lead the migration of Expert Services and Onboarding team workflows onto ClickUp, including project setup, template building, and change management for the transition
- Coordinate across the team and internal stakeholders to keep work moving and decisions unblocked
- Help create internal documentation: playbooks, process maps, and standard operating procedures
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement to how the PS org operates day-to-day
- Surface blockers early and facilitate resolution proactively
What we’re looking for
- 4-6 years of project management experience, ideally in a professional services, SaaS, or consulting environment
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional workstreams independently; you don’t wait to be told what to do next
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; you keep people informed without over-meeting
- Experience with ClickUp and/or familiarity with other PM tools (JIRA, Asana, Monday) is relevant
- Comfortable stepping into existing workflows and improving them
- Working knowledge of utilization tracking and capacity planning concepts in a services @context
- PMP certification is a plus, but not required. We care more about demonstrated rigor than credentials
