University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Specialist to join a friendly team within the South West Cleft Service. This role involves working closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated care for children aged 0-18 with cleft lip/palate across the South West.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and advocate for families, responsible for overseeing both pre and post-operative care, alongside providing specialist advice and training to staff and families in the community.
