Description

The Commercial Solicitor will be:

  • Advising clients on a wide range of commercial contracts
  • Working on complex technology, IT and digital transformation projects
  • Advising on outsourcing and supply chain arrangements
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements
  • Managing client relationships and providing commercially focused advice
  • Working closely with partners on strategic and high value matters
  • Advising clients across sports, technology, retail and manufacturing sectors
  • Helping on business development and networking initiatives

Profile

The Commercial Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor ideally with 2 to 4 years PQE
  • Experienced in commercial contract work gained in private practice or in house
  • Comfortable advising on complex commercial transactions
  • Experienced in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
  • Commercially aware with strong client relationship skills
  • Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Keen to develop within a highly regarded commercial team

Job Offer

  • Salary ranging from £68,000 to £77,000 per annum.
  • 25 days of holiday leave.
