Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of private client matters
- Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Estate administration and probate matters
- Advising on trusts and estate planning
- Supporting clients with inheritance and succession planning
- Delivering exceptional client care throughout the client journey
- Participating in networking and business development activities
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm procedures
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
- 2–3 years’ PQE in Private Client law
- Experience handling non-contentious private client matters
- Strong technical and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and client care abilities
- Comfortable working with elderly and vulnerable clients
- Commercially aware with an interest in business development
- Ambitious and keen to continue developing your career
