Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive

Are you a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2–3 years’ PQE looking to accelerate your career within a highly regarded and long-established regional practice?

The department is well-regarded for providing sensitive, practical advice to individuals and families on a wide range of private client matters, including estate planning, probate, trusts and powers of attorney.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied caseload of private client matters
  • Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Estate administration and probate matters
  • Advising on trusts and estate planning
  • Supporting clients with inheritance and succession planning
  • Delivering exceptional client care throughout the client journey
  • Participating in networking and business development activities
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm procedures

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
  • 2–3 years’ PQE in Private Client law
  • Experience handling non-contentious private client matters
  • Strong technical and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and client care abilities
  • Comfortable working with elderly and vulnerable clients
  • Commercially aware with an interest in business development
  • Ambitious and keen to continue developing your career
