They’re looking for Product Engineers who enjoy shipping quickly, owning features end-to-end, and staying close to users.
You’ll be trusted to:
- Build product features across frontend and backend
- Work directly with AI-powered workflows and LLM-driven experiences
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and domain experts
- Ship fast, learn from customers, and iterate continuously
- Help shape how AI is used throughout the product and engineering process
Stack: TypeScript, React, Next.js, Python (And/OR Node.js), AWS

Engineers are expected to own what they build, move quickly, and use AI tools extensively throughout their workflow. With minimal meetings and a flat structure, the focus is firmly on shipping, learning, and creating impact.
£100k to £150k base (higher for exceptional candidates) + meaningful equity
