deverellsmith has partnered with a London developer to appoint a front‑end DM/SDM to support the Director and Deputy Director across an active, large‑scale mixed‑use project in London.

The role

You’ll work in close collaboration with internal teams, taking ownership across planning and development strategy, consultant management and project delivery.

• Assist in devising and executing planning and development strategy — managing progress and programme for agreed activities
• Brief, appoint and manage external consultants — reviewing draft documents for Director approval
• Manage external appointments and internal budgets, preparing associated internal reports
• Control information and records across all planning and development matters
• Provide support on all planning and development matters as required across the projects

What you need

• Qualified to MRTPI and/or MRICS
• Experience in the planning and delivery of complex, major residential or mixed‑use schemes
• Strong attention to detail and numeracy — IT literate with advanced Excel skills
• Ambitious, motivated, flexible and professional — able to manage workflows and hit deadlines
