In this senior position, you will take full ownership of the procurement lifecycle-from initial RFQ to final delivery. Managing global supplier relationships and driving cost efficiencies, you will be a key player in optimising our supply chain. Key Responsibilities

• Critical Path Management: Take full accountability for managing the end-to-end critical path from initial enquiry and RFQ through to final delivery, ensuring all project timelines and milestones are met.
• RFQ Execution: Launch, manage, and analyse complex RFQ (Request for Quote) processes to secure the most competitive pricing and commercial terms.
• Strategic Supplier Management: Identify, strategically evaluate, and onboard high-performing global suppliers while proactively managing and strengthening existing international vendor relationships.
• Commercial Negotiation: Lead high-value negotiations regarding pricing, payment terms, and lead times to maximise profitability and cost efficiency without compromising on quality.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams and external logistics partners to guarantee the seamless, timely delivery of materials to specific sites and warehouses.
• Market & Trend Analysis: Leverage market intelligence and data to anticipate industry shifts, mitigate supply chain risks, and identify strategic buying opportunities.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience working as a Buyer or Senior Buyer, ideally within a fast-paced global supply chain environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a critical path efficiently, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for troubleshooting supply chain bottlenecks.
• Strong background in managing the full RFQ process and executing robust supplier selections.
• Advanced Excel skills with a highly analytical mindset-capable of interpreting complex data sets to make informed procurement decisions.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
