You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a strategic business development plan to drive revenue growth across FMCG, food, beverage, e‑commerce, and retail markets
  • Identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities with key accounts and prospective customers
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with decision‑makers across procurement, operations, supply chain, and packaging functions
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and opportunity qualification through to negotiation, contract award, and implementation
  • Collaborating with design, innovation, operations, and customer service teams to deliver tailored packaging solutions that meet customer requirements

  • Proven success in business development and new business acquisition within the corrugated packaging or wider packaging sector
  • Commercially astute with a clear understanding of margin management, pricing strategies, and profitable growth
