As a Digital Support Team Manager based in Ripon, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Digital Support Team, ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service across all digital channels, supporting and enhancing digital trading capabilities for customers, branches, and the wider business.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Digital team to continuously improve and develop the overall digital customer experience.
- Oversee team performance through effective communication and strong people‑leadership practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (from branch to director level), external customers, and key suppliers.
