Programmes and Assurance LeadCirca £51,000 dependent on skills and experiencePermanent, full time (37 hours) with flexibility for part time workingHuntingdonDive into a world of opportunity, and join our team!We are looking for a Regulatory Programmes and Assurance Lead to join our Regulation team!This role will manage the delivery of regulatory programmes and assurance activities under the strategic direction of the Head of Regulatory Programmes and Assurance. You will support the Head in the delivery of major regulatory programmes and submissions, and to coordinate regulatory assurance activities across the business.This role manages elements of delivery for complex, cross-functional regulatory programmes, including the Ofwat Price Review, regulatory investigations, responses to Undertakings and wider market reform activities.Working closely with teams across the organisation, the role will help to ensure that regulatory submissions are well-managed, evidence-based and supported by robust assurance processes. This role contributes to both the management of programme processes and the development of regulatory submission content, supporting the delivery of high quality submissions within demanding regulatory timelines.Key responsibilitiesEmbed strong governance, quality and audit processes across regulatory programmes to provide confidence to senior leaders and programme governance forumsSupport the implementation of the regulatory assurance framework for major regulatory submissionsCoordinate assurance activities to ensure regulatory submissions are accurate, timely and compliance with regulatory requirementsManage elements of the regulatory programme plan, including governance, reporting, risk management and assurance activitiesMonitor delivery progress and provide regular reporting to the programme governance forumsIdentify and manage programme risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where requiredWe invest in our people – as a valued employee, you’ll be entitled to:Personal private health careGenerous double match pension – contribute 7% and Anglian Water will contribute 14%, giving a total contribution of 21%24-hour Virtual GP service for you and your household26 days annual leave – rising with length of service and the ability to buy moreLife assurance (up to 8 x salary)Personal accident cover (up to 5 x salary)Excellent family friendly policies, such as 26 weeks full pay for maternity / adoption leave, as well as 4 weeks paid paternity / partner leave.
