This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, growing business and play a key role in leading the day-to-day running of the Quality Team, supporting the Technical Manager. You’ll take ownership of quality, health & safety, and environmental standards across the company — shaping processes, driving improvements, and making sure nothing slips through the net.
We’re looking for someone who spots problems before they happen. Someone proactive, positive, and confident in their expertise. If you’re known as the person who stays one step ahead and keeps standards high, you’ll fit right in.
You’ll work closely with all departments, sharing your product knowledge and supporting continuous improvement across the business. Your attention to detail will help maintain accreditations, conduct thorough internal audits, and coordinate external audit processes with confidence.
Ideal candidate qualities we are looking for:
- Level 3 HACCP qualification
- Experience in a quality assurance role within manufacturing or FMCG
- Previous team leadership or management experience
- Strong understanding of food safety, quality systems, and compliance
Whether you’re already operating in a similar role or ready to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you. Experience in Quality Management, auditing, or managing customer specifications would be ideal.
