Woodhouse Property Recruitment are currently assisting a niche consultancy recruit a Graduate Surveyor to join the London based Business Rates team. Our client is well known in the market for the level of service they provide to clients. Furthermore, they have an excellent track record for training graduates and providing APC support. Being part of a smaller business, you will take on a high level of responsibility from day one whilst being supported and trained by the senior leaders in the business.

Role Profile

• Managing a portfolio of clients to minimise their business rates liabilities
• Carrying out surveys and inspections
• Providing advice on the best approach
• Business development
• Direct client liaison, managing the process from inception to completion

Role Requirements

• RICS-accredited degree (or due to complete shortly)
• Strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
