What you’ll be doing
- Leading and delivering business development and marketing for an international practice area
- Managing and developing a small, high‑performing BD team
- Driving campaigns, thought leadership, and client engagement initiatives
- Supporting complex pitches and strategic client targeting
- Collaborating with partners and cross‑functional teams across regions
- Overseeing directories, awards, and marketing infrastructure
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience in BD & marketing within law or other partnership environment
- A track record of delivering campaigns, pitches, and client programmes
- Experience managing or mentoring team members
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A collaborative, proactive approach with strong attention to detail
