An exciting opportunity for a Senior Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery of major fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading all commercial aspects of large-scale projects
• Managing and mentoring commercial team members
• Developing commercial strategies to maximise project performance
• Overseeing procurement, subcontract management, and final accounts
• Managing client relationships at senior level
• Preparing and presenting commercial reports to senior management
• Identifying opportunities for cost savings and risk mitigation
• Ensuring projects achieve financial and contractual objectives

Ideal Candidate:

• Extensive experience within commercial fit-out or main contracting
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Proven track record of delivering commercially successful projects
• Excellent contractual knowledge and commercial acumen
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across complex projects
