Responsibilities

• Manage a regional Neighbourhood Response Team to ensure neighbourhoods meet residents’ needs.
• Ensure neighbourhood and estate services are delivered to a high standard.
• Liaise with other departments to identify and agree priorities for improvements.
• Work collaboratively with other teams, residents groups and external partners.
• Motivate team members and build relationships across the business.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, influencing and negotiating skills.
• Deliver results with a strong track record and extensive experience in housing management practice and housing legislation.

Qualifications

• Experience of team management in a housing or related environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability in influencing and negotiating.
• Track record of delivering results and extensive experience of housing management practice and housing legislation.
• Ability to travel across regions as required.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and residency in England or Wales.
• Basic Criminal Record Check clearance required.

Working Arrangements

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our office in Corsica Street, London or Wrights Road, London. Candidates are expected to work from the office at least three days per week and travel across the local region as required.
