Senior Project Manager – AI

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of AI and Microsoft Copilot initiatives within a large-scale Data & AI function.

This role requires a confident and organised delivery professional who can bring structure and oversight to multiple rapidly evolving workstreams while managing a wide range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and coordination of AI and Microsoft Copilot-related initiatives
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across business and technology teams
• Provide governance, oversight, prioritisation, and delivery structure
• Coordinate stakeholders across several business functions
• Manage risks, dependencies, reporting, and delivery planning
• Support the development of scalable delivery processes within the Data & AI function
• Work closely with senior leadership to manage incoming demand and programme priorities

Required Experience

• Strong project/programme management background
• Experience delivering Microsoft Copilot or enterprise AI initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong organisational and governance capability
• Comfortable operating within fast-moving and evolving environments
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive delivery outcomes

Desirable Experience

• Data governance or master data management exposure
• Utilities or regulated industry experience
• Experience leading matrix delivery teams
