The Role

• Support the General Manager in all aspects of running the venue as if it were your own business.
• Be business‑savvy and demonstrate great commercial acumen.
• Train, nurture and develop your staff to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction.
• Have the opportunity to train, personally develop and progress your career as the company grows.

What We Looking For

• Wear your heart on your sleeve, take ownership, run the business as if it’s your own.
• Be calm and collected, manage pressure with ease.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager depending on the property.
• Solid communication and organisational skills, be approachable.
• Superb customer and floor service skills.
• Strong all‑round business knowledge from financials to customer satisfaction.
• Entrepreneurial flair.
• Passionate about people, training, mentoring, growing a team and loves to have fun.
• Personal licence holder beneficial.
