Job Title: Controls Architect Manager – Lloyds Wealth
Location: Edinburgh, Bristol or Leeds
Hours: Full-time
Working Pattern: Hybrid – at least two days per week at an office site.
Salary: £67,023 – £81,917 per annum plus an extensive benefits package.
End Date: Tuesday 16 June 2026
Responsibilities
- Drive control improvements through simplification and automation.
- Champion ERMF compliance across the business units.
- Lead root cause analysis of operational risk events and ensure timely control remediation.
- Provide assurance over supplier policy adherence and manage outsourcing notification processes.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on control matters.
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in risk management and controls at a managerial level.
- Strong understanding of ERMF and operational risk frameworks.
- Experience in process automation and control design.
- Strong product understanding in an advice wealth business.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
