We support over 50 customers worldwide with a portfolio of over 420 engines. An opportunity has become available for a Digital Delivery Manager to join our team in London.The Digital Delivery Manager ensures reliable, scalable delivery of digital products and services, translating business objectives into executable delivery plans while maintaining quality, security, and compliance.What you will be doing:Manage end-to-end delivery of digital software projects and supplier integrations.Own delivery, migration & onboarding schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies.Coordinate third-party vendors, AI suppliers, and platform partners.Support pre-sales activities with delivery estimates and solution design.Ensure solutions meet quality, security, and regulatory expectations.Continuously improve delivery processes and commercial scalability.Position qualifications:Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related disciplineProven experience delivering digital or software solutionsStrong delivery and project management skillsExperience managing budgets, risks, and schedulesAbility to manage internal teams and external suppliersPreferred requirements:Experience in regulated or safety-critical industriesExposure to aviation or aerospace environmentsExperience with AI, data platforms, or system integrationsPre-sales or solution design experienceContinuous improvement mindsetRegional BenefitsGenerous Annual LeaveRetirement Savings through the Rolls-Royce Retirement Savings TrustGroup Life Assurance provides for a lump sum benefit if you die whilst employed by Rolls-RoyceGroup Income Protection provides an income in the event that you are unable to work due to illness or injuryYour Shares: Matched is a simple way to own Rolls-Royce shares and invest in our future, together.
